In the last class, we headed out to Maker Space to finish our fabrication (maker holder). Then we started checking in and using equipment to make our marker holder. Unfortunately, we could not finish it during the class time, so we had to come back to Maker Space in our own free time and finish our project. In today class, we learned about communications skill, how to write a progress report in engineering field. Later, we answered a question about a sample progress report looks appropriate or not, and why? Here is the answer for it and also the reason why. After that, we learned how to do things in excel and have some practice exercises: 3. The number that shows up is: 1750 4. It will add up every row 1: 0 1 2 3 4 5 5. Because there are 500 couple in 0 generation, and each couple will have 4 kids. That means the next generation will have: 2000 6. In today class, we studied about how to draw shapes by using Fusion 360 software. We started by counting the units of CSU,UC, and MtSAC, then we compared why MtSAC has higher units than CSU and UC. The above picture is how many units in major courses higher than UC and CSU. Then, the reasons why we have higher units than those two. We also went over in detail of how many classes we should take in different majors. The more units we take, the lower the GPA will be. Also, we was taught to know how many points each course have in order to track how good we are and the possibility to get into the school that we want. Next, we was taught on how to use drafting software, Fusion 360. It will be part of our project to make the marker holder. Finally, our homework for the day was to draw a complete look of our marker holder and do our own graduation plan. And here is my graduation plan that I have done.
